hey what's the cheapest generic cloud provider that's not a horrible company like MS or Amazon? Specifically we're going to need something EC2-like (or at least able to host containers and do some degree of autoscaling) and something S3-like. Sorry that I don't know the generic terms for these my work's an AWS shop.
