been wondering why i feel more bunny than squirrel lately (though still a mix of both)
squirrels are more skittish and shy, and i guess those characteristics are what i used to identify with the most
but after i joined mastodon i started being more sociable and less shy
and it's? been changing how i feel about myself? and that kinda prompted a shift in fursona ;v;

@squirrel My sona hasn't changed much since I've come here (maybe I look at them a bit more cartoonishly, mentally) except maybe the small part where their sex changes a bunch and their name has gotten less relevant. The latter partially because of the former, but also because nobody uses it anyway.
I think almost every character I've made otherwise fits the "part of me" description. It's odd how they all interact together like that and it's not like I realized when making them...

@squirrel I know I have a group that's for some game that's not seen much work, and I have an older group for a webcomic I only drew part of page one of, which has been lost since. The latter is are oddly also a bunch of parts of my mind at the time.
In my case the ones that aren't designed for something specific tend to meet each other at some point, lewdly or otherwise.
I haven't tried RP before coming here and that's almost all been private. I can only guess how bad public RP is.

@BatElite i like public rping with people i don't know, it's just f-chat specifically is a bad community

@BatElite i haven't really tried to write my characters in a shared setting. i haven't actually written much for my characters at all. they were all just for f-chat roleplaying and even then that rarely every happened because public rp is a mess and i wish there were anywhere for that outlet that isn't a bigoted cesspool
