Phone that I've installed some ~50MB of stuff on myself: Hey we're running out of space make some room.
Me: *Turns off some stuff I don't use but came pre-installed.*
Phone, wheezing: LOL I'm updating 9 apps (the names I can see are things I don't use either)
The main things I want to delete are things I'm not sure will break stuff if I do. this thing supposedly has 4 gigs of memory and I'm not doing much with it and it struggles, how do people story music on these??

@lizardsquid "google", a separate thing from chrome uses ~150 MB. I don't really use it but I'm pretty sure the search thingy is based on it. The two also suspiciously have the same size, so I have no idea if I can remove it safely. Or how to restore it later.
But 1,8 gigs is just the OS. I don't think phones should struggle with 4 in total if you don't use it much outside of the browser. (That's what I use masto and other stuff from anyway)
@BatElite I have 25GB of storage on my phone, and i'm struggling with running out of space, i have no idea how you're managing with only 4
@lizardsquid I don't know how it is exactly, but I suspect it's not counting the SD card in that.
Still, IIRC apps and stuff don't like SD cards, at least hearing from my parents struggling with that stuff. :/
