@BatElite cpu of my old comp is technically too slow but only by 100MHz

@azushark @BatElite 100mhz still seems like a fair bit, it's more than a few percent of even modern cpu speeds

we've hit a wall at 3~5GHz and performance boosts have all been pipeline- and parallelism-related since
