man its so hard to find something LTR

it was my bday on the 16th and I had a great time with friends who came to visit me. We did so much together and its the first time other people invested in actually doing something for me which was daunting but made me feel so appreciated and was a birthday where I finally got to enjoy myself as myself and not with family or because Im in a committed relationship and Im hoping for my 30th I do something grand that I enjoy with people I love.

Wish I could tell this dude hes using more of his shoulder than bicep to lift that. His form is all fucked. Hes really not doing himself any favors

Just 4 days of no working out and I feel like I lost progress on my work out man wtfff also it seems the resolution people came early cause someone who ostensibly has no build is doing a bit of dangerous form and work outs and I wanna say something but I dont want to make a scene.
