@KitRedgrave@cybre.space same, tbh. except i've recently banned myself from forums due to only ever having had pretty damn negative experiences on them Dx

@DragonessDella@octodon.social thank goodness for that ;_;

it's always weird when people actually pay attention/reply to/otherwise acknowledge me on here, after my time on Twitter where it was basically a once in a blue moon

like, wow. who could have guessed that positive interaction could be so pleasant?

Shitpost, pol

@bridge@deadinsi.de I know right? I love it when people hurt conservative men's feelings, it just honestly fills me with warmth and joy. I've basically made it my mission in life to do so, and to help others do so.

Shitpost, pol

@bridge@deadinsi.de I'm always down for hurting conservative men's feelings in every possible way imaginable

@fluttergirly ack :/

I'm sorry to hear that it didn't go well x_x... I really wish trans-ness didn't come with so much junk attached.

@fluttergirly that's super relatable tbh.. I just about died from anxiety when I came out :blobfrown:

I mean, it was nice to get it over with and it definitely felt like there was a weight lifted... but getting to that point wasn't easy :/

The amount of social pressure that we have to deal with sometimes can just be downright shattering. It kiiiinda sucks

I hope at the end of the day that your family is supportive, and that they don't get weird or hyper focused on things when the time comes

@jorin@catgirl.science this is true. self care is important :blobuwu:

@jorin@catgirl.science why not every hour? :blobthinking:

food, meaningless subtoot

@audrey A good all-rounder hot sauce. It has a not insane amount of heat, and a sweetish, mildly garlicish flavor

Imo it goes good on pizza, plain rice, stir fries, instant ramen, hot dogs, mixed in with sloppy joes, etc

It blends really well with ketchup (and similar stuff), and can give it a bit of extra flavor as a condiment

it's just a really versatile sauce and a good, lazy way to add a bit of extra flavor to lotsa different stuff

...forgive my wonkishness ;_;

@bridge@deadinsi.de I wish there was a switch you could flip to just like, turn that shit off

@chuxen@queer.party they're good, but sea salt and vinegar will forever be my one true Kettle love

@KitRedgrave@cybre.space what's on the gaming menu?

@Kaffe@chitter.xyz a lot of them just aren't very good, tbh... but with that said, this stuff is top notch: seriouseats.com/the-food-lab

i've learned a whole lot from reading the articles they post with the recipes, they go through some of the things they tried that didn't work, talk about why they do things a certain way and all that. really helped me to level up my cooking a whole lot tbh

cop talk

@Lumb oof. glad to hear that you at least had fairly decent cops show up after a night like that, shit. x_x

here's hoping that the next roomie turns out a teensy bit better D:

@Lumb and fuck people who aggressively stomp all night long, every day.

Spare your downstairs neighbors and get a damn bottom floor unit Dx

roomie shit

@Lumb holy crap what. and I thought my old roommate was bad o_o

So sorry to hear that you’re stuck with someone like that :(

Politics, RPG.net banning trump supporters

@Nerts props to them. major, major props to them.
