when i see white anarchists talking about guillotines and burning down small business establishments and office buildings, i'm like

y'all realize that you'd probably gonna be targetting people in underpriviledged areas bc the wealthier folks are up to their noses in their private security (aka cops)?

better idea - show up when poc need you to show up. don't fantasize about burning it down when you can't even show up for simple shit.

no really. i put windows on everything. my storage drive. my os drive (ofc). my game drive. my sex drive. all the cars i might drive. i put windows on my shoes. on my phone. on my switch. on my everything. even on my wife. im sorry @Chel

so. now, i need to undo this. how can i cure a windows infestation? vms are too laggy for me, btw.

I'd like to wish my PC monitor a happy 10th birthday.

She's put up with a lot since 2008, including over half a dozen apartment moves across two states and four cities, as well as countless hours displaying all sorts of sites, games, chats, images, movies, and the like.

If she could talk, she'd have a lot of stories to tell. To be honest, I'm kind of happy that she can't. 🤷

just finished watching Ip Man with @Chel

i wasn't sure what to expect before watching the movie since martial arts movies are hit and miss with me, but that movie was art

Ip Man was a very character driven, heartfelt movie... i think i'm going to add it to my list of recommendations for people new to non-Hollywood films

Neverwinter Nights 2 has aged so much better than I'd imagined possible

it's weird to think that the original release was back in 2006, but yeah it was

actually, there are a lot more games from the distant past that aged better than i would have thought possible at the time

@Scarly and I are about two hours into our NWN2 campaign so far, and about two hours into her adjusting her character's appearance in a save editor to get everything -just right- :blobrofl:

umm food horror? funny/morbid 

so, there was this one time a few years ago when @Chel and i were cleaning up the kitchen and discovered a hidden cache of onion bulbs where one onion had grown roots and cannibalized it's siblings in order to survive in the darkness

we named her onion-chan and lovingly planted her in a pot and tried to nurse her back to health over the next year, but she didn't make it

apparently, she needed darkness and morbidity to survive

she was my kinda girl
