Zelda 2 would be worth giving the Samus Returns treatment, quite honestly. It's a good game that would just need some modern polish to be accessible.

@spreach @mavica i've thought this exact thing. it is SO expensive to be poor. it's not a single purchase of $15, it's spending $15 over and over again because the cheap, flimsy version of the thing you need is all you can afford, and it's broken or used up by the next time you have the money.

In a tough catch-22 where I need to fill up my car with gas to go to work, but if I fill up my car there's a chance the gas line will fill with air and i'll need to go to the mechanic who didn't fix it the first time. I work 6 days a week so it will be hard to fit the repair into my free time

@arielmt I really wonder how much better our world would be if things today were built like they were back then. Optimization is a priority rather than an afterthought. The goal is to make file sizes small, programs running efficiently, devices holding sturdy, parts replaceable piecemeal.

A world where the answer isn't always "get more storage space" or "buy a faster gadget" or "buy it all over again".

@JustCallMePops I loved the motion controls and found them intuitive but yeah they could do a better job at explaining you can use a controller too. I feel like "Spring Man as an assist trophy" was the nail in the coffin.

sad we're probably not getting ARMS 2. IDK if you've ever seen the creator play, but he is VERY passionate about his own game and it's a shame it didn't do better commercially

@modernmodron Ring Fit is really fun! I keep expecting it to get repetitive but right at that moment it does something to shake things up. The moment I realized Dragaux wasn't the only boss I was like.... oh, okay, they're taking the story part seriously, huh?

@arielmt Heh, it only took me.... a year.... of procrastinating. At this point I just decided, "Okay, well, I'll go ahead and go somewhere with effective moderation, and people can follow me if they want."
