Managed to meditate today finally after weeks of not practicing I feel it hellps sooooo much with my mental health I wonder why I forget so often or feel a kind of a resistance against it before I start #meditation #mentalhealth

Haha its so cliche since Halloween i got backpain thats called “Hexenschuss “ wich means witches shot now all I can do is lay in bed and take pain meds and I was planning on going to a talk I was waiting for since half a year

@FatMadiVersA this evening my Partner dissociated infront of a social worker the guy just suggested chilli and went away leaving me who has cptsd aswell with trying to bring him back afterwards he completely broke down and said he wanted to die i am so worried and we just dont find a place in Berlin

I live in a place for homeless ppl that are in a crisis on the paper they say no violence not even verbal but since months there are ppl screaming throwing things and misgenndering and attacking me and my partner verbally
When we go to the social worjers they say oh I will talk to that person but then nothing happens there is no apology. No further consequences the ppl can still live here pne woman even said out loud infront of witnesses that she doesn’t care about other ppl

My day was shitty yesterday first ended up in a completely conservative cis couple who were looking for a room mate and had the feeling of being in the damm wrong film then overload in the c&a department store leaving a big heap of clothes on the floor and running out then at least me and my partner went to an Italian restaurant and I had spaghetti with mushrooms wich was delicious
