I'd hoped 4 years ago a bunch of people in my peer groups would learn the results you expect are guaranteed are likely the result if your filter bubble and if you decide as a block to not do the work because you're so sure you're not needed, you're going to be disappointed.

A lot of shocked scrambling today about "how could this possibly happen?!" has shown me that is not the case.

The rarest drop is a katana that has a 1 in 137,659,209 chance to drop. Granted that's for a specific Section ID and there's other IDs with more reasonable chances.

The rarest item regardless of ID is 1 in 1,400,000.
