In all seriousness, re: JK Rowling's transphobia and antisemitism and racism and the general badness of Harry Potter: I believe in breaking up with artists and pieces of art. I do. I think it's healthier than separating art from artist, and involves more critical skills. When I say breaking up, here's what I mean: Don't give them your cash. Don't give them your time. Don't recommend them to people, or at least not without a serious caveat. And in this case, don't read them to your children.

My gamedev friend is designing a platformer where you can't lose. Hitting 0 HP just makes the protagonist really sad so they don't run and can't use movement techs needed to finish most levels until they find something to hug.

It's really intriguing. You can effectively implement checkpoints like that, or just make a really forgiving experience.

I’m thinking of adding a FaceRig avatar to my streams, and I can’t decide if this is a great idea or an awful one. XD

Though, of course, the endgame of this would be to make an actual original robosona instead of the one I’m stealing from Pop’n Music now, and then find a cool queer 3D modeler to make a 3D version of that for me. XD

So how do I go about actually designing a ‘sona? XD
