Something woke vee and I'm gonna snag a bit more sleep, but first:
Half-Ogre and Fighter duo. The Fighter specializes in 2H swords and the Half-Ogre dives Kensai and splats Exotic Weapon Proficiency: Adventuring Partner. They fight via the ogre picking up the fighter by the ankles and spinning across the battlefield.
The rest of the party thinks it's the brutal defense mechanism of an unthinking ogre but it's really a carefully practiced technique honed by years as an adventuring duo and couple.
