lego racing game
but like... you literally build the cars out of blocks. individual blocks. Not just... set car pieces. So your car can look however you like. but each block carries its own weight and the car will handle differently depending upon how it's built
@pup_hime I hear the game isn't that great but given the two people I know of who did video reviews of it both turned out to be awful people (especially one of them in PARTICULAR) I'm inclined to think that hey, maybe nuts and bolts isn't actually that bad.
@Nine I wish LEGO Racers actually did this instead of just lying in the manual that the way you build your car actually affects anything. I think it literally just came down to different chassis having different collision boxes.
Maybe the second game does better.

It would be cool if this was done with irl Lego pieces then transported to the game, although these are damn expensive these days
