Alright that last toot from renbot made me want to have a look at my Pokemon Leaf Green save and have a look at my pokemon names, so here's an upcoming thread (CWd of course) of all my goofy pokemon names in that game that I can find.

@maple Ahh, that I understand. yeah I saw that happening with my Scart to HDMI upscaler for my PS2, before I just got a component HD cable for it. It was pretty nightmarish to deal with, very distracting and annoying.

re: the motorola chip. Yikes. D: That's no fun. Crisp picture signal is just such an important thing for gaming.

@maple I'm not sure I understand some of the terminology there I'm afraid, but I think I get the concept? Basically the motorola one I take it has bad picture and/or sound transmission quality? Shame about the lack of FM chips in non japanese models. Wonder why they did that? Seems like just such a strange thing to remove.

@maple Oh neat :o Does it still remove the extra fm synth ability the japanese SMS1 had or does it have that still? (also what's it's normal output if it doesn't have RGB? O-o)

Well, Miqs mum got back from her two week holiday today, earlier this morning, and I came home finally after work and being out to find she'd bought me a present

Which I have to say, I absolutely adore both aesthetics wise and thematically.

She bought it intending for me to put it with my collection on a roof beam but it's too big to fit, but I do have a good place for my new friend ^^
