The other day I was describing Mastodon to some local friends and I said "on other platforms if you're the weak member of the heard the wolves come for you, the same is true on masto, except the wolves come with flowers and chocolates and get well cards, and try to help you feel better using kindness and respect."

That was just something that I only assumed was true, and then today I felt bad and didn't keep it in, and now I know its true.

So ICYMI, I was dropped by my employer of six years last month. They say with the new year they're looking to make changes in the company, and I guess those changes don't involve lil ol' me.
