If you wish, I compiled the most recent source for the Windows x64 build of ioquake3 since the only available version is a really old x86 build for windows (and mac and linux too :/ but I don't know how to build stuff for mac or linux and i don't have a mac or linux to build it on either if I need to do that, if I can build them on this windows pc then please, let me know! :O I'll do it for you! I swear!) , and I'm gonna put up a DL link for it if people want

There is nothing quite so horrifying as trying to find a nice player model to use in q3a only to find out that someone made not one, but THREE megatokyo models and a bunch of skins for them.
