but then I remember having to sit around waiting forever for the damn thing to get its arse in gear and shut down, whereas now if it's gonna take a while I can just leave it doing it because it'll do it itself.

@OsirisSaline oh yeah, that was the coolest thing about the PS1 TC wasn't it? That extra mission where you could choose paths! I'd forgotten about that ^^ thanks for jogging my memory! Sadly no CRT for me so I'd have to fake it with emulation and I dunno like a mouse or something

@OsirisSaline oh yeah the g-con was absolutely a must. The weight of it was exhausting after a while for me, but that slide action and the pedal omg. So damn good. I never got to play the other time crisis games bit I always heard they were really good? Was it just the ports that were bad?

friggin hell Dead Cells on switch is arguably way more fun to play portable than it is docked. I dunno why, maybe it's because using the Joycons separated doesn't feel as good as it does holding the system itself but DAMN it feels MADE for the portable mode of the Switch.

I mean it's perfect on PC too but... god I love it.
