@stolas@elekk.xyz I WAS just gonna play Rise of the Woolball, but... after a secret I found in Golden Souls 2 (the game has several references to other mods, such as Shadow of the Woolball of course, but also Demonsteele, Brutal Doom and the infamous HDoom - though thankfully no secret area themed after that c_c;; - and also a frozen BJ Blazkowicz hidden away in one level!), I figured I'd give the first one a try too, and... dang it's already great.

okay so now I'm playing Shadow of the Woolball, a cute(ish) themed Wolfenstein 3d inspired Doom mod.

like, it's VERY, VERY wolfenstein 3d. like, hugely. four weapons, flat, block layouts of levels, sideways opening doors (done quite well I might add!) and similar textures.

Though it's not just a copy of Wolf3d in Doom, its got its own features too! It's... kinda ridiculously fun? and you get to play as a hedgehog.

I say cute-ish because you're still shooting people XD

@LANthus aw dang I'd have to use a different sourceport (doom legacy) to do SRB2K ;w; Unless they make a standalone version of it. That's heckin' cool tho!
