@LottieVixen @maple @SilviaFox@sleeping.town I used to chew the heck out of rubber bands when I was reading as a kid. heck I still do sometimes when I'm distracted just playing with a rubber band in my fingers and whups there it is in my mouth being nomphed and hecko I've bitten through it and now it's wrecked. I tried chewing gum but it's useless. it's too soft. I need something harder to chew on but has just a little give? I've genuinely considered getting like, a chew toy of some kind.

@SilviaFox@sleeping.town that said it is sometimes nice to bite onto something hard and solid like

if i have a stick from an icecream/ice lolly/popsicle or whatever people call them I always end up biting at the stick once it's clean and just...chewing on it.w hich unfortunately leaves bits of it everywhere but it feels good
