@squirrel I'm like 99% sure it's just an odd interaction between my windos 10 x64 install, Firefox Quantum, the addons I have for it, and just my apparently gremlins with computers that cause it ^^; for whatever reason tho I do not have this issue on CF as of yet! So... yay!

@maple oh god I'm having memories again of seeing these weird t-shirts once in London (or was it california when I visited there long ago) where they had akeyhole motif on the front and it showed a scene from a hentai or something (though usually cropped so it was 'clean' but definitely suggestive) as if you were peeking through a keyhole to see hentai porn and I just... why... why are people like this.

@MightyPork @MightyPork@dev.glitch.social I think it's just a particular weirdness with my PC and how my Firefox is set up, but CF is the only instance I'm on that doesn't have this issue? I suspect it's an addon but I can't for the life of me figure out which one it is. It showed up out of nowhere without me installing a new addon, but won't go away no matter what.
reason number #534 for moving to CF being the best idea.
oo heck, CF doesn't have the bug that both MS and Awoo have wherein if I middle click a link by mistake (instead of left clicking it) I have to hard refresh the entire tab before it will let me post, fav or boost anything. neato :D
