@kara@occult.camp when you buy enough lootcrates that you have finally managed to get the sweet accessories and flashing lights and noisemakers all over your ingame equipment so you're visible from half the map away. after having to remortgage your house six times to pay for the lootboxes.
Score of 2 mil on sonic 3 & knux now. dang.

welp!! I just got all 7 super emeralds in Emerald Hill Zone (where you first start being able to get super emeralds at the cost of your super sonic power, so you can get hyper sonic). It's the first zone of the Sonic & Knuckles part of Sonic 3 & Knuckles @_@ gaddang. I am power playing this gam, jeez.

@Efi i feel like maybe the idea was for you to net maybe one or two during an Act at most?? Not sure they expected someone to be able to nab pretty much all the chaos emeralds within the first two zones. ^^;
...then again Sonic 2 had this great glitch where you could farm Chaos Emeralds in Emerald Hill Act 1, and have super sonic for the entire game.
Kinda amazed I still instinctually remember where like, three Special Stage Rings are hidden in the first act of Mushroom Hill Zone (all in fairly close proximity to each other as well). When I had just Sonic & Knuckles on the megadrive (I decided to get S&K first, THEN Sonic 3 for...some reason. Maybe I was worried S&K would be rarer quicker) I managed to fully map out in my head a rapid route that would net me the first three chaos emeralds on act 1 of it, and by Act 2 I'd have like, 5 or 6.

@maple ...i was so taken aback by that response that my grip on my pad shifted and I let go of the down button so I dashed off to the left and messed up my infinite score trick.
guess who got all 7 chaos emeralds by marble garden act 2 and is now sat on the first alarm at launch base zone act 1 infinitely spindashing and getting extra lives endlessly from infinite spawning badniks
