It's going around at the moment, so just to reiterate, raki.social is a recommended instance block. Small instance but it seems to be just a couple bot accounts that are following everyone, one @swift, and the other @riker . @swift is unmarked as an automated process, @riker is clearly marked. The admin previously mused on the possiblity of datamining with fed-followbots as a "social experiment".
