...sure the final boss pokemon might be able to kill each low level pokemon in one hit but out of four moves, each of those has no more than 30 PP to spend... even if we assume each move has 30 PP each, that's still only 120 times it can act before it resorts to Struggle.

And eventually, that 1HP of damage each one might manage to make is gonna add up...
