River City Girls spoilers. and also lore about the entire Nekketsu main series too
So I only just found out what the deal is with RCG where your main characters seem to NOT actually be the girlfriends of Riki and Kunio.
Because... they actually aren't?? The only game in which they previously appeared AS their girlfriends, was a single game on the superfamicom called Kunio Tachi no Banka (played an english translation, it's a pretty good beatemup game, but not VERY Nekketsuish, no stats etc)
I had a dream last night and I remember none of it except a song that I was completely certain was from River City Girls except I listened to the soundtrack of it and none of them stood out as "ah yeah that's the song I was remembering" and now I can't remember what the song was aaaaa braiinnnn

if you see someone's done an art and you think, "wow... that's cool as fuck..." then i recommend leaving a comment like "wow that's cool as fuck" and that way they'll know that someone else thinks it's cool as fuck

@MOKKA It was just one of many shitty things he did. :/ I,.... legit hated him with a passion for many years after I left. Took me a while to let go of that anger tbqh. Next time I saw him thankfully I had, so ... I just kinda see him as kinda sad and pathetic back then, and I hope he's at least grown and being a better person than he was now.

That GM really was a dick btw. I think I was only friends with him because I didn't know better and I was desperate for some kind of social group to be a part of.
Really glad I didn't give up on roleplaying though because I definitely very nearly did because of him.
It wasn't until I was an adult and moved away from that town entirely that I started enjoying roleplaying again.
