as in, bubbles start to accidentally clip into each other as a result of collisions happening too close together, and... that causes a knockon effect of bubbles being pushed away at way past a reasonable speed, which causes MORE clipping, and...

speaking of screensavers, I'd totally forgotton that Windows 10 even has them. that's how long it's been since screen savers were a thing that was necessary.

...turns out there's a fun looking one called bubbles, which is rather soothing. pastel coloured bubbles floating around your default background colouration bouncing off each other.

There's no options for it tho, which... I feel contributes to its... somewhat erratic behaviour...

...after a while it uh... goes feral?
