oh in case you have beat saber on steam btw

and it suddenly stops detecting controller bindings at all and refuses to let you do anything in it

because that happened ot me and it took me ages to figure out why but

you need to download DynamicOpenVR for Beat Saber, and just... unzip it into the Beat Saber directory, then it will magically work again.

Turns out Beat Saber, still, uses a lot of old legacy vr stuff and that just... broke, apparently.
