I say my mood is okay because i mean this wholly sucks, entirely. like, full on sucks, but ... I dunno, I'm not falling apart at the moment. just kinda like "welp. fuck, oh well." Mostly writing this here so I don't forget it tomorrow. It'll help me remember it when I talk to a doctor

okay so... yeah so I don't forget this for tomorrow since I will absolutely be calling in sick probably for this entire week and possibly longer, depending on how this goes,

something is very, very wrong, when I am sat down watching a movie, on a couch, nice and cosy and warm, petting cats, and my heart starts pounding in my chest and I start feeling anxious, and I'm still low grade panicky right now. It's survivable, but my hands are trembly.
