Last week, an unsigned press release from someone at NOAA contradicted the National Weather Service and backed up Trump's claim that Alabama was in the path of Hurricane Dorian.

This week, the Assistant Administrator of NOAA sent out an email, which has leaked, and which says basically "when I find out whoever did this I'm going to skin you alive, you fucking dumbass".
