a picture of a low, rough stone wall in japan, behind it are dense forests. In front of the wall, centre frame, is a power line, which basically is just a long thick wooden pole with wires coming off junction boxes at the top (which are7just off frame) in Japan.
An earth wire tethers from the top to the ground at an angle. There are various footholds nailed into it on one side, and various metal bands around the top

by all accounts, crows have different "accents" depending on where they are.

This is the closest photo I still have of what I described. It's not the same, but it is pretty nice

japanese crows have an entirely different sound to english crows. Like, very, VERY different, like I was like "oh I guess they sound a little different??" but no, they sound... like an entirely different bird.

the photo I'm really looking for which appears to be just... friggin gone (;;) was really nice though. was like, this serene forest path, and there was just... this power line pole like in that second photo, but with the cables leading further up into the dense forest. It was ... just such a striking balance of nature and modern technology... I really wish I knew what the fuck happened to it
