NaNoWriMo
Hello. Today is 1st of October, which means #NaNoWriMo is a month away.
I've decided to participate this year, but with a personal goal of 10k words instead of the default 50k words.
I'm going to (attempt) write in the Epic Fantasy genre, in a culture similar to viking age Scandinavia with some hopefully strange magic.
To prepare, I've been doing some loose worldbuilding and have a few notes on some of the characters I want to write about.
My plan is to prepare a rough outline of the plot and have plenty of characters prepared, with different wants and needs for plenty opportunity of conflict.
This account will primarily be used to microblog about this project for then next two months, and I'll try to put major posts in a personal #NaNoNosk hashtag.

The sink had character.
It rattled it, hummed, it whined and it never quite got the temperature right.
And sometimes it whispered.
This was a side effect from a period in the 70's when it was used extensively as a scrying bowl.
If you listened hard enough you'd know about the rats in the attic and the spiders in the basement, or tv remote was under the stairs again.
Now, whatever lived under the stairs, THAT you had to worry about.
imagine like
a pirate
except they don't bury the wealth for themselves, they bury it for others to find because it's the journey that means the most, not the destination and it's like "hey here's this cool treasure I found, if you like it, you can take a bit, just make sure there's enough for others finding it, maybe leave some treasure behind too for others!"
...wait thisis just geocaching.
yeah i'm moving over to chitter.xyz now. Soooo go there! I'm there now.
