Hey #pdx and #oregon peeps, there's a bill in the state legislature, HB 4126, that would legislate enhanced sentencing for anyone who covered their face in the commission of a crime--including protests that the police arbitrarily define as "riots".
This is a pretty open attempt to curtail the rights of masked #antifascist protesters, with the added "bonus" of making facial recognition and surveillance easier for the police.
PopMob has the deets over on Facebook, but might be worth calling your state senator and voicing your opposition.

this garbage-ass toot inspired by me yawning, as I sit down at my pc, and letting out a long musical sigh which morphs without my conscious decision into the Mii Channel music. literally just happened.
*wakes up, goes to yawn, Wii Mii Channel music emits from mouth instead, blinks, closes mouth almost immediately........ opens mouth briefly again as music continues from where it left off, closes mouth, blinks... pauses... smiles....
