Gonna make sloppy joes tomorrow, if I can pick up meat! They're a lot easier to know I cooked correctly than burgers are, and they don't suffer the problem my burgers do where I Just Can't Stop Adding Pickles and making the inside of the burger a sliding wet mess.

@Chel I use premade sauce but I'm open to trying to make my own someday. Sounds like it could taste better from being fresher.

@Chel burgers were very easy when I had a George Foreman but now I always have to worry about cooking the inside enough. When it's a bunch of loose meat on the stove it's all in plain sight right in front of me. I'll have to try that recipe sometime.

@NovaSquirrel yeah, I need a new electric grill before I do any burgers tbh. or a charcoal grill, but that would require not being in an apartment, and that probably isn't happening any time soon 😅

@NovaSquirrel the premade stuff is pretty good, and is the only thing I ever had when I was younger
