i was actually invited to a game a couple days ago but i haven't played since 3.5e so i had to bail 🙃

shit like this (and another incident later in the same campaign where a turtle monk caught an arrow point blank and used it to stab the guy who shot it) makes me really wanna get back into d&d

i was watching a d&d campaign last night and one guy killed a water elemental then insisted that all the water that should've splashed him, his character was gonna catch it all in his mouth and drink it

the dm let him roll for it and he pulled it off flawlessly but was then reminded that it was actually nasty sewer-cave water

phoned up the hospital about being deadnamed and it turns out they actually have my correct name after all, but the letter was automatically generated before the database could be updated

love too be deadnamed by 「Ｔｈｅ　Ａｌｇｏｒｉｔｈｍ」

the game wants me to fight her but actually i want to hug her

im still not happy that the game made me kill unei, she's like, my joint favourite npc (alongside alus)

(i own the game on ds but since nintendo wifi is dead the onion knight sidequest can't be completed so. emulating the psp version, which doesnt have that problem)

i usually try to avoid using save states but dealing with things required for 100% completion having extremely low chances of happening is one of the 2 things i'll make an exception for

(the other being as a safety precaution for crashes, which i've done a lot in this playthrough cos libretro's psp core does not take well to losing/regaining focus)

i read that getting both gungnir (gungnirs?) in ff3 was extremely hard due to its absolute bullshit drop rate.... so of course i did some research on the game's rng and used this along with savestates to manip it,

managed to get my injection moved forward a couple days, it aint much but its somethin

ugh my next decapeptyl injection isnt til next week and im already a week late on gettin it

hope it takes a while longer to wear off or im gonna start feelin like shit
