so i loaded up the player sprite from swallow squad to try out aseprite, which turned into adjusting the legs on the run loop to make em fit the bounding box better, which turned into redrawing the legs on pretty much every frame cos they were a mess, and uh, now it's 4am.... i spent 8+ hours working on sprites, somehow

all i care about is next time i gotta put em in for about 10 minutes longer so they get nice and crunchy π
i googled around about these memory errors and found a thread on the wine forums about being unable to boot the game unless it was run thru the .lnk file included in the installation, so i figured i'd try it out just to see? and it has booted 5 times in a row without problems now??
i just, don't understand why that would work? isn't a .lnk just a shortcut to the exe??? windows is clearly beyond my comprehension
