I'm honestly happy I can be here for them, but I miss my home, my cat, my wife. I miss the comfort of my schedule. I have to look after my anxious brother too and he can't do a lot of things for himself. It's a lot to deal with, outside of my own personal feelings. Seeing my parents emaciated and ill... it's horrible.

Critical illness, psw, the big C, death, negative

Been staying with my parents taking care of them. Mum had a masectomy and needs help around the house. Dad is slowly fading as his cancer takes his energy and appetite away. Neighbours and friends have brought food which has helped, but I'm burning out. It hurts to see my loved ones in such pain.

Food

Comitted some food crimes and deep fried some spaghetti patties, then made burgers with mozzrella cheese, spinach, and caeser dressing, using said patties as buns

Swimming in grease, could barely finish half of mine. Disgusting how delicious this was.

I'm kind of starting to realize other people's situations can really bleed over into affecting my own anxiety, especially when something happens to them that I'm already worried about happening to me

And when this happens i should probably be talking to my lovies about it before the thoughts really intrude
