- Free HRT at SUS (our NHS).
- HRT at 16
- Change legal name and gender marker by self-identification.
- Many forms of ID don't include gender markers.
- De facto informed consent model for HRT. (in recent years)
- Easily available cyproterone as an anti-androgen.
However hormonal blockers are still experimental so getting access can be hard.

@asmasca @therobburgessshow My personal opinion has been that the longer people remain on Twitter, the more time Musk has to throw things against a wall and one of those things might stick. Then he has a viable extremist platform. A new CEO being one of those things. I can't see key people who moved here returning. I certainly would not, now we've had our eyes opened to the potential of the Fediverse. Twitter's corporate or private owned walled proprietary platform is yesterday's internet.

Today, it's -40ΒΊC/-40ΒΊF in the Yukon wilderness around my cabin. Nature is calm, frigid, cold and utterly stunning. The air is freezing but still very refreshing for the lungs.
