The girls with minimal resources were able to design and build low cost ventilators and their expertise were used during Covid crisis. Roya, a member of Afghan dreamers was ranked among Time’s 100 most influential people for her work in building internet classrooms in Afghan high schools.

I also watched the camera cut to infamous Republicans that sat on their hands during the ovations of this great man. It was a disgusting display of fealty to their true master in Moscow. May they reap what they sow.

At the beginning of their regime in 2021, Taliban claimed they will guarantee women’s rights “under the limits of Islam.” But as a matter of fact they have made life a living hell for women in Afghanistan. The most recent atrocity is banning them from attaining university education.

Any pundit who is criticizing Pres. Zelenskyy's attire is failing to read the room, but moreover, they're just completely missing the point.

A country and its leader under immediate and existential threats have no time for suits and neckties.

He has no visible rank or medals or nametapes or epaulets or brass buttons or starched creases. He's wearing what women and men who are fighting on the frontlines in Ukraine are wearing.

He's wearing the urgency of the moment.

That's the point.

Absolute scenes in the US Congress. What a performance from Zelensky.

Inspiring, poignant, honest, sobering, respectful, ambitious.... but most of all 100% genuine and authentic.

Blown away that he delivered every word in English, and with near perfection.
