Germany's decent before WWII has been fascinating to me since junior high, and I've done quite a bit of research on it. There were many minorities who assured each other that "things won't get that bad, don't be alarmist".
And then Jews, LGBT, Roma, disabled - all wound up in the camps.
When out boating on the #ShawanagaRiver #Ontario #Canada, we discovered this small, cascading #waterfalls with #rock ledges and rocky shore. It was such a beautiful setting with the evergreen forest of Pines, the Maple trees in fall colors of red and gold and the rushing water flowing through the narrow passage.
