The Indian Supreme Court is weighing an historic expansion of Marriage Rights in India. Monday, March 13th, is going to potentially be a huge day in India for the LGBTQIA community.
The couple who filed this petition, Sameet and Amit, are very good friends of mine who have been on the leading edge of this fight in India for years now. I'm so very proud of all that they have accomplished and continue to do, for equal rights for everyone in India β€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈ

If you're doing any other kind of cooking β the vast majority of cooking worldwide and throughout history, including most home cooking β you don't want 'em.
What you want is a repertoire of techniques, experience with ingredients, and your active senses.

I read an article that explained the top marginal US federal tax rate wasn't *really* that much higher (at 91%) than it is now, because hardly anyone paid that rate.
It ignored that CEOs didn't get paid 1200x the median salary at their companies, that paying themselves that would be pointless because they wouldn't be able to keep it, that the tax rate served to limit executive greed, and lower consumer costs for everyone.
Also my favorite song of hers - I think it shows the incredible power in her voice. Her downward spiral was tragic.
