@Popehat free speech does not mean anyone is owed a microphone. Free speech does mean you can bring your own soapbox and that others have the right to respond with their own free speech
And all the Congress critters complaining know that, but it doesn't support their agenda, so they're silent on those points.
US funding to #Ukraine is monitored for fraud and diversion. Weapons are inventoried and tracked. Aid is audited and reports sent to legislators. There are no blank checks to Kyiv.

You know what I find super exhausting? People who are complete contrarians to popular media ALL THE TIME. Like thatโs a red flag to me because it makes me think you forgot how to have fun. Or just enjoy something for what it is.
Expect to see many banking crisis jokes on here in the near future. Common examples include:
-Has the US tried turning the banking system off and on again?
-Maybe banks shouldn't have spent so much money on avocado toast.
-Why don't banks just pull themselves up by their bootstraps?
They will all be funny and you should boost all of them.
You could just scatter Lego on the floor and let them find out for themselves the first night you have an adult sleep-over party.
When you start dating someone new, how long should you wait before telling them you have kids? One year? Two?
The whole idea behind the culture war is that society has to stop changing. But that's not how it works. Societies - healthy ones, anyway - are constantly changing, adapting, evolving. That's always been true.

I haven't worn any type of shoe since 1999 ๐ฎ I had surgery to cut my tendons in each ankle in 97 that they used to do for boys with Duchenne. It was a complete waste of time and made my feet weak and painful, so I stopped wearing shoes for 24 years.

Oh, that's not new. A panel I remember from the 1970s showed a newscast promo:
"It's deadly poison, and you may be eating it for dinner. Details tonight, on the 10 o'clock news."
Whenever my husband eats something today, I am going to say "Eat two, Brute."
And when someone else says "Yeah, we're gonna do it anyway, and forgive loans," Republicans in 6 states band together and stop it, nationwide.
We can't forgive student loans because students knew full well what they were getting into but yes, let's bail out banks because golly shucks gee whiz banking is just too difficult for the poor little bankers to wrap their heads around.
Pails filled with car litter for students to use during "active shooter" lockdowns.
Drag queens and furries are the problem.
Bullet proof safe room for US schools.
Tell me again how drag queens are the problem.
(I predict we are less of 5 years away from Republicans suggesting US children should attend school in full riot gear to protect against school shootings - rather than address the gun issue, of course. Kids love riot gear! It comes in cool colors!)
