I visited Zion National Park the day after I visited Death Valley for the first time. It was quite a contrast. Both parks are beautiful and deserving of more time than I had. Unfortunately, I didn't do the full hike up to Angel's Landing.

Czech volunteers from the Gift for Putin initiative have raised 30 million CZK (1.2 million euros), which is more than the price of an RM-70 MLRS, to buy the rocket launcher for the Ukrainian Armed Forces. This is rare. A nature pic. It's a cold, dreary day here. Seeing, from my warm kitchen, daffodils growing in the woods on the other side of our fence brightened my morning a bit.

The daffodils know I'm the grim reaper of plants and don't cross into my back yard. It's safer this way, really.
