When I moved to Santa Barbara, in '97, I went to Art On The Beach, an every-Sunday fair. There was an artist doing sculpture in metal and glass that I loved, but I decided it to hold off until I had the space for it. The most expensive one there was about $400. Next time I saw a piece by him it was selling in a gallery for $15,000. I couldn't possibly afford that, and I kicked myself for passing it up before.

Jewellery for blind people or people with limited eyesight: I recently had a custom request by a wonderful person for jewellery, taking in mind that she is blind, and it made me think I would actually love to do this more. I can focus on materials that are nice to touch like gemstones, fimo, smooth metals and rounded glass, and in shapes you/they like of animals, plants or anything else you or they love, and of course they will also be beautiful artworks. Let me know if anyone's interested β€οΈπβ¨οΈ
