But every once in a while you'll find a story about some guy out to bash a drag queen, and he gets his ass stomped into the ground.
Those stories make me smile.

Below is a letter of thanks to the board from our senior staff:

@kevinrns @BlackRonin72 multitheistic religions were were far more tolerant as due to multiple gods they allowed different views

This came to me from a trans friend I know really, really well. For years now. And from that, I can tell you that there actually is a trans agenda. And it is this:

To walk through the world without getting their rights, bodies, and lives taken and attacked by people who hate them for no reason at all.

That’s it.

Today, San Antonio and the world honor the legacy of CΓ©sar ChΓ‘vez, who fought tirelessly for the rights and dignity of farmworkers.

This week, I was proud to join U.S. Rep. Tony CΓ‘rdenas and Senator Bob Menendez in a resolution to commemorate his life and enduring impact.

In my field the bait is knowing that things I hold in my hands are now in space, doing science, answering some questions and creating a bunch of new questions. It's intoxicating. But then there's KPI tracking, and "integration across units" and new setups that hamper the work instead of helping it. I reminisce about the time a program manager and I did an ad-hoc failure analysis by gowning up, going into the lab, and dunking things in liquid nitrogen, to see what happens.

If Spring doesn’t come to California πŸ’―, I bring Spring flowers to me via my sweater.

As states across the country continue to pass anti-trans legislation, we need to uplift trans people and fight for their rightsβ€”now more than ever.

I am proud to stand with the Equality Caucus as an ally of the trans community. #TransDayofVisibility

Matthew 6:5

β€œAnd when you pray, do not be like the hypocrites, for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the street corners to be seen by others. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full"

asking on behalf of someone: what's a good server/community on Mastodon for non-techie people of color who want a timeline that isn't just a bunch of white techies talking tech?

My mastodon circle is depressingly white, so I'm having a hard time answering that :(

Take every word I've ever said about being #trans and see it through this lens:

I love that I'm transgender, I wouldn't want to be any other way.

I think at its essence it's an incredible way to experience life. It feels connected to Something Bigger.

It is cool.

And we are beautiful.

I sometimes add some snark into my alt text. Just a little easter egg for people who use readers, or check to see if it's there.
