So... me. Work in aerospace, more space, not as much aero. Can fix my own car, choose not to. Can fix the random appliance of your choice. Hardcore introvert in person, which is why I love online. Lifelong science fiction fan. Read constantly. Scalzi is my favorite author, because he mixes exactly the right amount of snark into his writing. Together with a guy 30+ years, married since it was legal. Own a home in CA and don't plan to leave unless I immigrate to another country.

Happy #TransDayOfVisibility. If you've got a parent that isn't accepting-I'll be your dad. I will unconditionally love and support you. But please, log off and get some decent sleep tonight. And try to eat a vegetable, will ya? You cannot survive on just Doritos and Mountain Dew.
#Introduction Hi, everybody!
I am learning #Blender as a hobby, mostly still following tutorials though - but I am really in love with the possibilities. Total fan of the "donut guy"
I also make real life jewellery and little things from polymer clay and necklaces and bracelets from Japanese seed beads.
As it turns out I am very bad at taking photographs and even worse at organizing them so I will post a few pictures as soon as I figure out where I put them.
But here is one

My #pooch drags his chew bone treat outside every time he gets one. If I even step down into yard, he scurries off with it in tow, as if I wasn't the one who gave it to him in the first place -- not to mention, I'm a vegetarian.

Guess what? I don't have to presume Trump is innocent and I can celebrate.
Bite me.
I owned, and beat, this game when I was in high school. It captured my heart and I couldn't stop playing. It was a relief to learn there was a 2nd version of the game available after beating the 1st, because it meant I could keep playing the game I loved.
Fuck transphobes.
That's it. That's the toot.
I got quotes as high as USD$48,000 for the same system.
Although my panels appear to be higher output - 25 panels generate 10KW. Technology differences could explain some of it (newer/more efficient is always more expensive). The rest of the price difference is just because they can. π
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Keep howling, Marge.

Thank you to every single person who contributed to the #MillionMealsMarch campaign and the @BrennpunktUA community for working so tirelessly to achieve a common goal, #FeedingTheWolves
I paid USD$30,000 to install a 10KW solar system on my roof, and this has been the wettest, cloudiest, rainiest winter Southern California has had in decades. I went back and reviewed, and from Feb 1 to today, there have only been 6 days my solar panels didn't produce all the power my house uses - most days it was more, and on cloudless days, it was 2x+.
Because of US policy, I was refunded $9,000, so my actual out of pocket was USD$21,000. Not bad.
@ScottSoCal the coffee was single origin. I think it was the coffee.

Well, hey, the US is just one big party, singing kumbaya now. Do we really want to mess that up?
