When I was young, I was one of those stupid kids who would swing as high and hard as I could, and at the top of the arc, jump. Yes, I was blind when I did that, too. I type 90 WPM. And no, I don't consider myself an exceptional blind person. I like representation in stories, but I'm not sure I can read this book. It will make me angry or sad. I've liked other Karin Slaughter books, but this one is making me realize painfully just how far we have to go to convince others we are real people.

Extra-full-stack meaning you can give me a credit card and I can give you a working web app including building the servers to run it on. I get it, I'd probably have to be restrained for strangling a customer or two, but for many people it's the way they keep food on the table and a roof over their heads.
Someone had to row all those rocks over to that island to build that.
