It is entirely false to assert that Democrats oppose everything the Republicans have tried to do while they had control over our government.
Democrats have tried to compromise on bills and voted for bills that they would have rather not have in order to get some policies implemented that they do support.
The corporate campaign to increase voter apathy by convincing them that both sides are bad is the one we need to defeat the most.

All the houses in my neighborhood have spanish tile roofs, and many have solar panels. The gap between the tiles and the panels is a preferred spot for pigeons to nest. A couple of days ago I watched through my bathroom window as a crow walked the line below the panels, searching for any pigeon nests he could steal an egg or hatchling from.
Nature, red in tooth and claw. Also beak, apparently.

Losing Tucker Carlson is a huge loss for the nation. And by "the nation," I mean Putin's Russia.
It could be worse. Some of those religious schools teach kids that dinosaurs and humans co-existed. Because Earth is only 6,000 years old.

I don't understand the people who told me I would get more conservative with age. The more powerful I become, the more angry I get at the people who abuse their power and the more aware I become of the ways in which systemic oppression functions.
I get that it may be the only path available, but I feel the same way about these "protect abortion" votes as I did when my marriage was up for a vote.
These are fundamental rights, they should NOT be subject to a vote, and only be available if they're *popular* enough.
