I carry an epi-pen in case of bee sting, but I've learned I can get very close and watch them, as long as I'm not wearing certain colors, and don't do anything threatening. We've got lots of bee-friendly plants in our yard, and a fountain they like to drink from.
Adventures in #beekeeping. Now that Wednesday afternoonβs swarm is settled, itβs time to start moving the #bees a few feet at a time towards the other hives. This is my first experience dealing with a swarm, so learning something new every day.
