So... me. Work in aerospace, more space, not as much aero. Can fix my own car, choose not to. Can fix the random appliance of your choice. Hardcore introvert in person, which is why I love online. Lifelong science fiction fan. Read constantly. Scalzi is my favorite author, because he mixes exactly the right amount of snark into his writing. Together with a guy 30+ years, married since it was legal. Own a home in CA and don't plan to leave unless I immigrate to another country.

If your experience of the Fediverse is that it's just like Twitter in how much antisemitism you experience, that's why I founded Babka and Babka Social, because that was my experience too.
Just having federation doesn't make it safe for Jews online.
Babka makes a deliberate and focused effort to address antisemitism. It takes continuous hard work and dedication by myself, my staff, and the incredible volunteers who make Babka operate.
Only two animal drawings left in this listing, pandas and poison dart frog, good little Father's Day gift ideas, if you are outside the UK, order as early as possible!

USPS tracked service is what I'd use. A watch shouldn't be more than $20 to ship.

I've had several inquiries about how to get a print of some my photographs. This is a hobby for me, so I haven't been equipped to handle those requests. But I enjoy what I'm doing and want to share my photographs.
So, I set up an account and website with pixels. My website is: https://swede1952-photographs.pixels.com/
If you want a print of one of my photographs, you can get it there, If I haven't loaded it, let me know which one it is, and I'll gladly load it there for you.
Cheers!
Can't speak for all liberals. But my objection to the religious right hasn't ever been how they choose to live their private lives. I think their ideas about everything are a real bummer, but it's not for me to say if you want to impose that meshugas on yourself.
I do, though, strenuously object to their attempts to impose their religious notions in common areas of public life and -- now -- even to dictate how others live their private lives.
That's the difference. There's no bothsidery here.

I need a break from work. Like a week. Or two. I've been maxed out on accrued vacation time for 2 years, and there's no break in sight.

How are my #ActuallyAutistic comrades today, really?
What do you need today?

What the other two people said: code reader. That will let you reset the light, after you get the code and confirm it doesn't mean anything serious.
Like your car has become sentient and wants to kill all humans. That's a code 666.
