I once saw a pack of #wolves
running single file along the forest line. I whipped out my phone to take a video. They all seemed oblivious to our presence in the distance except for the last wolf, who stopped and stared for a moment, then carried on. What a moment!

I don't game, either, so I've never used it for that. I just get the apps and stream TV.
The only service I can't find an app for is BritBox. Everything else I'm subscribed to is available.
I went with the Nvidia Shield and Shield Pro, after trying to Roku. Does streaming, easy to use, and the Pro doubles as a possible gaming console.
Okay Seeking help from the Fediverse. I know, I know, I'll catch shit for this, but who can help me with the best and/or easiest way to ditch cable. Is it Firestick? Is it, Roku? Is it both? Is it just go straight Smart TV and subscribe to a few streaming services?
For reference we have one TV in our family room that's hooked up to cable, and a second TV in the basement hooked up to a DVD player used for workout videos.
The family room TV is a flatscreen but old (could be moved to basement) that does have the ability to connect an HDMI cable to it.

I don't know if I've been blocked yet. Although it wouldn't surprise me. What I have noticed is that some, although by no means all, who have come from twitter seem to have a hell of a bite instinct and will reacte quite viciously at even the hint of something they don't like. I had to block someone the other day, the first time ever, because of how abusive they got. For me it is the position of absolute last resort. But for others it seems to be their go to move, maybe because they have that option here where they didn't before.
