Together with a guy 30+ years, married since it was legal. Own a home in CA and don't plan to leave unless I immigrate to another country.

I object to statins. If you read the list of potential side-effects, they can be pretty rotten, and while they do lower your numbers, the reduction in actual heart disease is laughable. Something like 2.5%. And they keep lowering the threshold where statins are pushed on people.
Well, my car was supposed to be repaired and delivered back to me last Tuesday, then last Friday, then yesterday, but good news! Someone finally unlocked it and opened the door! Maybe they'll start working on it now.

My GP doesn't like that I want to read the data sheet on medications, and have opinions about them. Hey, it's my body, it works pretty well for me, most of the time, before you start me on something you say I'm going to be taking for the rest of my life, I want some information, and I'll weight the pros and cons and get back to you.

When I went in for gout, the doctor acted like she thought I was exaggerating, until she examined me. Then she told me I should be rolling around screaming, not limping into her exam room.

Four years of class, cram sessions, and waaaay too many skipped school days to join us in the fight for gun safety, David is officially graduating college as part of Harvardβs Class of 2023!! π
In 2018, David was just another teenager in Parkland, Florida. Then, the unthinkable happened at his high school. He helped shine a light on that horrifying day and joined his classmates in sparking a global movement to end gun violence. Five years later, and a college degree wiser, heβs still with us in the fight and the movement is as strong as ever.
We couldn't be more thankful for his fierce advocacy for gun safety all while juggling the responsibilities of being a college student.
We want to wish David a happy graduation and let him know how proud we are of his accomplishments.
